Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order.

with your order details.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos and a brief description of the issue in your email.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition
Contact us before returning any item
Returns without prior approval may not be accepted

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost
For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Important Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable
For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
Please clearly mark your return package as “RETURNED ITEM” to help avoid delays

Warranty (12-Month Limited Warranty)

All Acevery products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal use.

Warranty Policy:
Covers defects in materials or craftsmanship
Does not cover:
Orders placed over 365 days ago
Final sale or clearance items
Normal wear and tear (yellowing, scratches, dents, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse or accidental damage

Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.

Note: The 12-month warranty applies after the 45-day return period for defective products.
